We coordinate your itinerary
We arrange a vehicle suited to your needs and plan the route around your chosen places. We’ll share your tailored itinerary 5–7 days before your tour.
Meet your driver
We share your driver’s name, contact number and license plate number the day before the tour. Meet at your confirmed pickup location.
For groups of 10 or more, the transportation provider may require a Tour Conductor for onboard logistics. This person is not a licensed tour guide. A separate Tour Guide add-on can be selected at checkout.

Pickup & Drop-off
Pickup and drop-off at accommodation in Karatsu or nearby areas may be requested. For station, airport, port or other custom pickup locations, ask us about availability and any additional charges.
Restaurant Reservation Assistance
If you opt for dining, tell us your cuisine preferences and budget. We’ll share local dish suggestions and use your choices to request a suitable restaurant along the route. Meals and beverages are excluded.
Your Driver & Meeting Point
The driver is Japanese-speaking and may use translation apps. Your driver will wait at the confirmed pickup point; use the driver’s provided phone number if you need help locating them.
Optional Licensed Tour Guide
A licensed English-speaking guide can be requested through the Tour Guide add-on at checkout. Other languages may be available on request. A guide or required Tour Conductor seat has already been considered in vehicle planning.
Children & Child Seats
Children and infants count toward the passenger capacity. Child seats are highly recommended for those under six. The first requested child seat is free; each additional seat is ¥2,000, subject to availability and any necessary invoice.
Large Group Tour Conductor
For bookings of 10 or more without a guide add-on, the transportation provider may require a Tour Conductor. If required, one is assigned without an additional fee. This person handles logistics only, is not a licensed guide and may communicate only in Japanese.
Vehicle Rules & Passenger Limits
Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle. Your booked passenger count must not be exceeded; the driver may refuse service if the group exceeds the confirmed reservation, with no refund in that case.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead for groups of 9 or fewer, or 5–6 weeks ahead for groups of 10 or more. For port/airport pickups, peak periods and special events, booking 2–4 months ahead is strongly recommended.
Is an English-speaking tour guide included?
No. The standard private vehicle booking includes a professional Japanese-speaking driver, who may communicate via translation apps. To add a licensed English-speaking tour guide, select the Tour Guide add-on at checkout. Other guide languages may be requested, subject to availability.
Can we choose our attractions and start time?
Yes. After booking, you can submit your preferred attractions, departure time and other requirements in the form we send. We will coordinate a practical itinerary based on your chosen tour duration, route and local conditions.
Where can we be picked up and dropped off?
Pickup and drop-off at hotels in Karatsu or nearby areas may be requested. Station, airport and custom locations can be reviewed for feasibility and extra charges.
Are highway tolls, parking, attraction tickets and meals included?
No. Highway tolls and parking fees are excluded and typically total around ¥2,500–¥6,000 depending on the route; they must be paid directly by the customer in cash on the tour day. Admission fees, meals and beverages are also excluded.
Can you reserve a restaurant for us?
Restaurant reservation assistance is optional. Share your food preferences and budget after booking; we will use them to request a suitable local restaurant along the route. Food and drinks are not included in the vehicle price.
Do children and infants count as passengers?
Yes. Every child and infant counts as one passenger when determining capacity. Child safety seats are highly recommended for children under six; the first requested seat is free and additional seats cost ¥2,000 each, subject to availability.
What if our group needs a larger vehicle?
Vehicle sizes range from sedans to large buses. Tell us your exact group size and baggage needs. If your chosen vehicle is too small, we will discuss an appropriate upgrade, which may incur an additional charge.
What is the Tour Conductor for groups of 10 or more?
Some transportation providers require a Tour Conductor when a group of 10 or more books the Private Vehicle Only option. If required, we assign one without an additional fee. The conductor helps with ride logistics only, is not a licensed tour guide and may communicate only in Japanese.
What happens if the preferred vehicle or time slot is unavailable?
Availability depends on the date and vehicle type, particularly during peak periods. We will confirm availability within a few business days of receiving your request. If we cannot accommodate your preferred option, we will offer suitable alternatives or a full refund.
