About the Role / 役割について

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to drive customer acquisition, strengthen our brand presence, and support revenue growth across our inbound travel products. This role is primarily focused on sales and marketing execution, while also overseeing the booking lifecycle to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to confirmation.

You will play a key role in generating leads, improving conversion, and ensuring bookings are efficiently managed and executed. This position is ideal for someone who understands inbound tourism, is commercially minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role is expected to evolve alongside company growth; we are looking for someone highly adaptable who can take on new responsibilities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities / 職務上の責任

  • Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition
  • Develop and refine content, messaging, and positioning for international audiences
  • Oversee the booking process, ensuring accuracy and smooth handoff to operations
  • Coordinate internally and communicate with customers to ensure a high-quality experience
  • Track performance and leverage data to improve conversion, campaigns, and offerings

Requirements / 求める人材

Language

  • Advanced-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
  • Fluent English (writing + communication)

Experience

  • 3 – 5 years in sales, marketing, tourism, hospitality, or related fields in Japan
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or revenue-driven environments
  • Background in digital marketing, lead generation, or brand growth preferred
  • Experience in bookings, reservations, or travel coordination is a strong plus
