We are seeking a Travel Experience Designer to support the planning, coordination, and ongoing enhancement of Japan travel experiences for international visitors. This role focuses on developing and refining tours and itineraries that are not only operationally sound, but also aligned with traveler interests, market trends, and customer expectations.
In this position, you will work closely with internal teams, guides, and local partners to translate traveler needs and business goals into well-designed, high-quality experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, understands inbound tourism, and can apply customer, branding, or marketing insight to improve how travel products are structured, positioned, and delivered. Familiarity with Japanese culture, hospitality, and business practices is highly valued.
