Destination & Route
Choose the city, area, meeting point, and places you would like to include. Nearby city-to-city routes may also be reviewed when practical within one day.
Interests & Experiences
Build the day around food, history, gardens, architecture, anime, traditional crafts, sports, seasonal scenery, or other interests.
Guide & Transportation
Depending on the request, arrangements may include a private guide, private vehicle, public transportation, or a suitable combination.
Pace, Timing & Group Needs
Share preferred times, pickup and drop-off needs, group size, children, senior travelers, mobility, luggage, or accessibility requirements.
Who Is This For?
This service is designed for travelers who need one personalized tour day rather than broader multi-day travel coordination.
Existing Tours Do Not Quite Fit
You found a suitable destination or experience, but the route, timing, meeting point, or format does not fully match your plans.
You Want One Focused Private Day
You want one personalized tour day built around a particular city, theme, experience, or travel priority.
Your Group Has Specific Requirements
Your group needs adjusted pacing, a fixed schedule, specific pickup or drop-off arrangements, accessibility support, or other practical considerations.
Requesting a tour for your client?
Travel agents and advisors may submit an individual custom Single-Day Tour request without first joining the Japan Awaits Travel Agency Partnership Program.
Some requests are better suited to Multi-Day Planning.
