If fewer than 30 guests are booked for the same date, the experience may be canceled. We may offer another available date; if no alternative is available, the booking will be canceled and a full refund provided.

The experience is suitable for guests of all ages.
Taller guests should take care when moving around inside the cabin.
Guests may bring their own food and drinks onboard without an additional charge. Alcoholic beverages and snacks are also available for purchase onboard.
The meeting point is approximately 10 minutes from Tokyo Station by train or taxi. Detailed access instructions will be provided with your booking information.
Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended. A light jacket or scarf may be useful when spending time in the open-air viewing areas.
