Important Notes:
- No Outside Food and Drinks: Please enjoy our delightful menu and refrain from bringing outside food and drinks.
- No Feeding the Cats: Only use designated cat treats provided by the café. If a cat approaches while you’re dining, our staff will assist.
- No Cat Handling: For their well-being, please avoid picking up the cats. Gentle handling is appreciated if they approach you.
- No Flash Photography: Capture your visit without flash to maintain a calm environment.
- Toy Policy: Please use our provided toys or bring new ones after staff inspection.
- Personal Belongings: Safely store coats and belongings at reception with a provided ticket.
- Max number of people per booking is 15 people. If there are more people in the group, please make another booking.

Age Requirement
There is no age requirement, but a reservation must be made for all guests. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Payment
All bookings are payable via Stripe (Booking Checkout) or Flywire. Confirmations regarding your booking will be sent at least 10 days before your activity date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event
